- Historical background of Jing Fang
- Basic concepts of Jing Fang: (Yao Zheng, Fang Zheng, Constitutions)
- The preparation of a formula
- Discussion of typical formulas used in the treatment of acne: Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, Huang Lian E Jiao Tang, Dang Gui Si Ni Tang, Jing Jie Lian Qiao Tang
- Analysis of specific formulas used in the treatment of gynaecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS and menopause : Wen Jing Tang, Dang Gui Shao Yao San, Si Ni San, Ge Gen Tang, Dang Gui Jian Zhong Tang
- Discussion on diet and lifestyle changes in relation to the treatment of acne and gynaecological conditions.
